● “Goods” refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.
● “Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
● “Service” refers to the Website.

● “You” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 48 hours without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 48 hours from the date on which You placed your order via the website or over the phone, otherwise known as the order date.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will initiate a reimbursement to You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement from MasterClass Seats.
Important note for standard seat orders: If You decide to cancel your standard seat order after the initial 48 hours, there shall be a 20% restocking fee applied.
Important note for custom seat orders: If you decide to cancel your custom seat order after the initial 48 hours, there shall be a 25% deposit fee applied.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
● The Goods were shipped less than 30 calendar days from the date of the return request.
● The Goods are in the original packaging.
● The Goods show no visible signs of installation, wear, or damage in any way.
● The following Goods cannot be returned:
● The supply of Goods made to Your specifications (Items labeled as custom) or clearly personalized.
● Any Good marked as closeout, discontinued, or otherwise marked as non-returnable.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. At our sole discretion after 30 calendar days, we may offer an exchange or store credit only on items ordered from mc-seats.com. Items must still be eligible as defined in the Conditions for Returns.
Returning Goods

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
